Optimum Digital showcases it’s latest printers at FESPA Eurasia 2021. Having exhibited at the show since 2013, we were glad to be back. This year, Optimum Digital used the occasion to launch a new waterless printing system: the NirvanaBelt. After several years in development, the NirvanaBelt represents the latest innovation under the 2030 Green Printing Initiative. For the first time, a single printer and set of inks can be used to print on a variety of media, including cotton, viscose, polyester and nylon, without the need to steam, wash or pre/post treat the fabric. In turn, reducing or eliminating the amount of machinery required, the water and electricity consumed and the amount of pollutants created in the printing and fixation process.
After long unintended Covid hiatus, it was great to have visitors from all over Europe and Asia back at an Optimum Digital booth, even with minor travel restrictions still in place. With restrictions continuing to be lifted, we look forward to seeing more of you at exhibitions in 2022.
